Senior Helpers is seeking a compassionate in-home caregiver to support clients in Hastings, MN. The role focuses on personal care, safety, and independence, with one-on-one attention in clients' homes.

You will provide companionship, assist with daily activities, and help families by reporting progress and changes in clients’ condition. Training and advancement opportunities accompany a friendly, values-driven culture.

Formación

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• 1+ year of professional caregiving experience or experience caring for a loved one.

Responsabilidades

• Provide companionship and help your clients participate in activities they enjoy
• Help your clients with daily tasks such as preparing meals, driving to appointments, and housekeeping
• Assist your clients with walking, dressing, bathing, and other personal care needs
• Record activities that were completed/not completed with your clients
• Provide updates on your clients’ physical condition, mental capacity, and behavior

• Required: 1+ year of professional caregiving experience or experience caring for a loved one
• Preferred: Experience in healthcare, home care, assisted living, independent living, home health, medical assistance or nursing assistance
