Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing and grooming to maintain client dignity.

• Prepare meals and assist with healthy eating.
• Give medication reminders to avoid hospital readmissions.
• Support memory care safety to keep clients safe at home.
• Assist with simple physical therapy exercises as prescribed.
