The Afternoon Caregiver position assists with daily living activities, mobility, and personal care in a home setting, following individualized care plans with medication reminders.

The role emphasizes a safe, respectful environment and engaging clients in meaningful routines to promote independence and dignity through teamwork and ongoing learning.
