SYNERGY HomeCare serves Medina, Brunswick, Wadsworth, Fairlawn, Akron, Copley, Barberton, Norton and surrounding communities. We are seeking in-home caregivers who help seniors live safer, happier and more independent lives with warm companionship and practical support.

No medical background is required; if you have heart, we’ll teach you the rest. Expect a generous, up to $18/hour pay, flexible scheduling, paid training, and a supportive team culture as you make a meaningful daily impact.
