Qualifications

• 1+ years of caregiving experience (professional or family) preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean MVR and insured transportation.
• Must pass a comprehensive criminal background check and pre-employment screening.
• CPR / First Aid certification or CNA/HHA license is a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Personal Care: bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility support.
• Companionship: engage, provide emotional support and social interaction.
• Light Housekeeping: cleaning, laundry, dishes, tidying.
• Meal Preparation: nutritious meals per dietary needs.
• Transportation & Errands: drive to appointments, errands, social activities.
• Medication Reminders: help manage prescribed medications.
• Care Communication: report health/behavior changes to family or supervisors.

Pay Range: $16.00 per hour

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated In-Home Caregiver to provide high-quality, personalized care to clients in Nampa, Idaho. In this role, you will assist seniors and individuals needing assistance with daily living tasks in the comfort and safety of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Personal Care: Assist clients with daily routines, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Companionship: Provide meaningful conversations, engagement, emotional support, and mental stimulation.
• Light Housekeeping: Perform light cleaning, laundry, dishwashing, and general tidying up.
• Meal Preparation: Prepare nutritious meals according to client dietary needs and preferences.
• Transportation & Errands: Drive clients to medical appointments, grocery shopping, social outings, and run local errands.
• Medication Reminders: Help clients maintain their prescribed medication routines.
• Care Communication: Observe changes in health or behavior and report updates to family members or supervisory staff.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Driving Record: Must possess a valid Driver’s License, a clean motor vehicle record (MVR), and reliable, insured transportation.
• Background Check: Must successfully pass a comprehensive criminal background check and pre-employment screening.
• Experience: 1+ years of professional or personal caregiving experience preferred (family caregiving considered).
• Core Qualities: Dependable, patient, empathetic, and punctual.
• Certifications (Bonus): CPR / First Aid certification or CNA/HHA license is a plus.
• Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
