Job summary

FirstLight Home Care of Columbia is hiring caring aides to provide comfort, companionship and support for elderly and adults in home settings. You will help with daily activities, meals, mobility and personal care, while building meaningful relationships with clients.

Shifts include 4-8 hour, 10 hour and 12 hour options with at least every other Saturday or Sunday required. Starting pay ranges from $13.50 to $15.50 per hour, with full-time and part-time opportunities and benefits including time

• You're a good listener with excellent communication skills.
