Job summary

Right at Home Middle Tennessee is hiring Caregivers, CNAs, Home Health Aides, and Personal Care Assistants for in-home support. You choose the shifts that fit your life and build a work-life balance with a flexible schedule.

We offer weekly pay, a weekend differential, health insurance and dental options, paid training, and referral bonuses. Eligible applicants are 18+, have a HS diploma or GED, can work in the US, and have a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• HS Diploma/GED Equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Driver's License and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• 1 year of caregiving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Our caregivers assist clients within their own homes with everything from light cleaning, cooking, errands/transportation, and personal hygiene.
