Job summary

Lutheran Life Communities, through MySolutions Home Care, is hiring an In-Home Care Caregiver to serve older adults in private residences on an on-call basis.

Pay is $19.00 per hour with credit for experience. Flexible scheduling includes 12-hour shifts, overnight, and live-in options within 12 miles of central Arlington Heights.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience with older adults required.
• Active Illinois CNA certification preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license preferred to transport clients using their vehicle.

• Provide one-on-one, person-centered care to older adults in their homes.
• Assist with daily living activities including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands.
• Provide transportation and companionship.
• Support personal care needs and offer medication reminders.
