Job summary

Homewatch CareGivers of Bakersfield is seeking a compassionate caregiver to support seniors and individuals with disabilities in their homes. You will assist with hygiene, mobility, meals, light housekeeping, errands, and companionship to improve quality of life.

The ideal candidate is patient, dependable, CPR/First Aid certified, and able to follow safety guidelines. Prior home health or caregiver experience is preferred, with strong communication and respectful, ethical conduct.

Qualifications

• Prior caregiver or home health aide experience preferred.
• First aid and CPR certification.
• Knowledge of basic housekeeping and cooking.
• Ability to adhere to health and safety guidelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects.
