Job summary

Family Resource Home Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to support clients in the Greater Moses Lake Area, including Quincy. We provide home care aide training for those new to the field, with shifts ranging from 2 to 8 hours and pay rates $19.25-$21.75 per hour depending on care level and shift.

Qualifications

Our Moses Lake branch is looking for caregivers willing to work in the Greater Moses Lake Area including Quincy, Ephrata, Soap Lake, Almira, Ritzville and Grand Coulee. We offer Home Care Aide Training for those who do not currently have a CNA or HCA in Washington State.

Shifts can range from 2 to 8 hours. Available shifts between 8 am - 8 pm.

Pay rate $19.25-$21.75 hr depending on the clients care level and length of the shift.

Caregiver Job Duties

Our caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living such as (but not limited to):

• Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)
• Cooking and/or serving meals
• Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom
• Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies
• Driving clients (as needed) to the store or appointments
• Monitoring and reporting on their condition

Current Needs:

• Caregiver with personal care skill set - Such are Toileting, Bathing and dressing
• Caregivers with heavy Care Experience Preferred - Such personal care (showering and Toileting), Heavy lifting and Cognitive Disorders

Additional Information

• Washington only – If you do not have a current HCA or CNA license, you will be required to enroll in our HCA training program we offer (due to state requirements). You will be able to complete the training while working and will have 120 days to complete it.
