Job summary

Right at Home is seeking caregivers in the Pottstown area to deliver compassionate care with competitive pay and benefits. This role emphasizes companionship, personal care, meal preparation, and transportation support within clients’ homes.

We offer pay in the range of $16–$17 per hour with weekly payroll, PTO and 401(k), mileage reimbursement, and flexible schedules. Training is provided, and a supportive team ensures you are valued and recognized for your dedication.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S. and be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience is a plus but we train motivated caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist clients with personal care such as bathing and dressing.
• Prepare meals and provide medication reminders.
• Support clients with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Offer transportation to appointments or errands.
