Job summary

Village Caregiving in Oceana County is seeking compassionate caregivers, CNAs, and Home Health Aides to join our team. You’ll provide one-on-one support to clients, help with daily activities, meal prep, mobility, and companionship in their homes.

We offer competitive pay from $16 to $20 per hour, daily pay options, medical, dental, and vision insurance, free CPR training and background checks, and flexible schedules. Prior home health or long-term care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• One year experience in home health or long-term care preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to follow health and safety standards and guidelines.
• Compassionate individual who thrives in a one-on-one care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care tasks (bathing, grooming, hygiene, dressing).
• Assist with mobility and patient transfer.
