Job summary

Assisting Hands Home Care in Idaho is seeking compassionate caregivers to support seniors in their own homes. You’ll assist with daily activities, provide companionship, and help with medications reminders to ensure safe, independent living.

A valid driver’s license is preferred; a high school diploma or GED is required. We offer full-time, part-time and temporary roles with flexible scheduling and health insurance options, plus ongoing training and support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year home care experience preferred.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Basic first aid knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with daily activities: bathing, dressing, meal prep, light housekeeping.
• Be a friendly companion and provide emotional support.
• Give medication reminders (no nursing license required).
• Assist with mobility, transportation, and errands.
• Keep a safe, clean environment for clients.
• Communicate changes in client condition to the office team.
