Job summary

Innovative Care Services is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide compassionate, in-home support to individuals with developmental disabilities in Marshfield, Wisconsin. This full-time role includes hands-on daily living assistance and transportation to appointments.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record is required.
• Caregiver experience is a plus, but training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential daily living support to clients in their homes.
• Assist with personal care tasks (bathing, toileting, etc.).
• Help with grocery shopping, meal preparation, and maintaining a clean-living environment.
• Commute to client homes and transport and accompany clients to doctor appointments.
• Administer prescribed medications and maintain accurate documentation.
