Job summary

Happy to Help Caregiving is seeking compassionate In-Home Caregivers to support clients in Mackay, ID, traveling to Howe for shifts. This non-medical, one-on-one care helps seniors remain living at home with dignity and safety.

You'll provide companionship, personal care, mobility support, meal prep, light housekeeping, and transportation assistance, with mileage reimbursement available. Both full-time and part-time opportunities pay $15.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to travel Mackay to Howe for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support.

• Prepare meals and snacks according to client preferences and dietary needs.
• Provide feeding assistance when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping including laundry, dishes, changing linens, tidying, and maintaining a clean and safe home.
• Provide medication reminders according to the care plan (no medication administration).
• Provide transportation assistance for appointments, errands, grocery shopping, and approved outings.
• Offer respite support for family caregivers.
• Follow individualized care plans and document services provided.
• Observe and report changes in client condition or needs.
• Support client independence, dignity, routines, and personal preferences.

About the Role

Happy To Help Caregiving is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers in the Mackay area to provide in-home care for a client located in Howe, Idaho .

We are looking for reliable individuals who are comfortable traveling to Howe and ready to provide consistent, hands‑on support in a client's home. As an in-home caregiver, you'll provide meaningful one‑on‑one care that helps seniors, veterans, and individuals with disabilities remain safe, comfortable, and independent.

This is relationship‑driven work for someone who takes pride in being dependable, showing up for others, and making a real difference. Our caregivers provide personalized support while respecting each client's routines, preferences, independence, and dignity.

What You'll Do

Depending on the client's individualized care plan, responsibilities may include:

• Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional support
