About the Job

As a Caregiver, you will assist local seniors with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, transportation for errands and appointments, light housekeeping, laundry, and medication reminders. You will gain valuable experience with the geriatric population and help improve the lives of seniors, while also encouraging activities that enrich their daily lives.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain open communication with seniors, their families, and staff.
• Assist with personal care and daily living activities.
• Provide companionship and conversation.
• Perform all activities of daily living (ADLs) as assigned.
• Complete additional duties as assigned by the manager.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Negative TB skin test and ability to pass a background check.
• Licensed driver with an insured and reliable automobile (if applicable).
