Assisting Hands Home Care in Missouri is seeking compassionate in-home caregivers to help seniors and adults remain safe and independent at home. You will provide non-medical support, companionship, and practical care tailored to each client’s needs.

We offer flexible schedules, paid travel time, training, and opportunities for advancement. Prior caregiving experience is helpful but not required; training is provided to help you succeed.

What You'll Do

Our caregivers provide non-medical support that helps clients remain independent and comfortable at home. Depending on the client, your responsibilities may include:

• Companionship and conversation
• Meal preparation

• Laundry and household tasks
• Personal care and hygiene assistance
• Mobility and transfer assistance
• Medication reminders
• Running errands and providing transportation when needed
• Following each client's personalized care plan
• Providing compassionate, respectful care

Caregiving experience is preferred, but NOT required. We will provide the training and support you need to succeed.

Pay

$16–$17/hour depending on experience and qualifications.

We recognize experience and training, including CNA, EMT, and relevant education.

Before You Apply

• Are at least 18 years old
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Have reliable transportation
• Have a valid driver's license and current auto insurance
• Are able to pass our required background screening
• Have a genuine desire to help seniors and adults live safely and independently
