No Worries Corp is seeking compassionate In-Home Caregivers to support individuals in their own homes in Lake Stevens, WA. Ideal candidates have caregiving experience and may hold a CNA or HCA credential, or be willing to obtain one.

Responsibilities include personal care, mobility assistance, meal prep, light housekeeping, medication monitoring, and reporting health changes to families and providers. Flexible scheduling available.

Qualifications

• At least one year of caregiving experience preferred.
• CNA or HCA credential preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Understanding of patient observation and reporting techniques.
• Experience working with elderly clients is a strong plus.

• Support mobility, transfers, and physical assistance as needed.
• Prepare meals and ensure nutritional needs are met, including special dietary requirements.

• Foster social engagement and companionship to promote emotional well-being.
• Assist clients with daily living activities while promoting independence.
• Administer medications per care plans and monitor compliance.
• Observe and report changes in client health or behavior to healthcare providers or family members.
• Provide supportive care for geriatric clients, including dementia, arthritis, or mobility impairments.
• Collaborate with families and care teams to ensure coordinated, personalized care.

This role is critical in improving the well-being and daily functioning of clients, especially older adults who may require additional support due to age-related conditions. Ideal candidates have experience in caregiving and either hold a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide (HCA) credential, or are willing to obtain one.
