• Assist clients with ADLs including personal care.
• Bathing, grooming and personal hygiene.
• Dressing and mobility assistance.
• Meal preparation and feeding support.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Medication reminders.
• Communicate regularly with clients and office staff.
• Respond appropriately in emergency situations.
• Provide compassionate, respectful care.
• Record time worked and services provided.
• Maintain accurate care notes and documentation.
