Job summary

ComForCare Home Care Central KC is seeking a compassionate caregiver to support local seniors in the North Kansas City area. You will provide personal care, companionship, and light housekeeping with respect and empathy.

With a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement, the role offers competitive pay starting at $17 per hour plus performance bonuses and round-the-clock support from an engaged team. Experience matters, and reliability is essential for trusted in-home care.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 1 year of caregiving experience as a Caregiver or HHA (professional or family caregiving counts!).
• Reliability: Consistent, reliable transportation to reach clients across the KCMO metro area (personal vehicle preferred, or transit expertise!).
• Heart & Patience: A naturally kind, empathetic attitude and a genuine passion for making a difference in seniors' lives.

• Spreading Joy: Brightening days with warm conversation, shared hobbies, and genuine companionship.
• Dignified Personal Care: Assisting with essential daily routines (dressing, bathing, and mobility) with empathy and respect.
• Creating Home Comfort: Preparing light meals and keeping living spaces tidy, safe, and comfortable.
• Providing Peace of Mind: Managing timely medication reminders and ensuring overall safety and well-being.

What We’re Looking For

Compensation: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour
