Job summary

Village Caregiving is seeking compassionate caregivers, STNAs, CNAs, and Home Health Aides to join our team in Scioto County. Evening shifts available and immediate pay access with daily pay options.

We offer competitive pay from $13 to $16 per hour, paid training, and benefits including medical, dental & vision insurance. A valid driver’s license is preferred, and prior home health or long-term care experience is required. Flexible schedules and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in home health or long-term care is required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to provide emotional and physical support with kindness and empathy.
• Willingness to follow health and safety standards and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential support and care to clients in a one-on-one setting.
• Assist with personal care tasks (bathing, grooming, hygiene, dressing).
• Assist with mobility and patient transfer.
• Prepare meals and ensure proper nutrition.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
