Job summary

Lifesteps Inc. in Bethel Park, PA, is seeking compassionate Direct Care Aides to support adults with disabilities in a residential home setting. You will assist with daily living activities, meals, grooming, and transportation to appointments.

We offer full-time and part-time shifts, including overnights and evenings, with paid training and no prior experience required. A valid driver’s license and clearances are needed.

Lifesteps, a local, human service agency that has been in business for over 100 years, is hiring compassionate and caring staff to work with adults who have disabilities in a residential home setting in Bethel Park, PA.

Direct Care Aides(Caregivers) assist special needs individuals with their activities of daily living and home care. The direct care aide provides assistance to adults with disabilities helping them with daily activities like dressing, meal preparation, bathing, and transport to doctor appointments.

Dutiescan include:

• Cooking and serving meals
• Cleaning the house
• Shopping for groceries and supplies
• Personal care assistance like grooming or bathing
• Medication administration
• Community Outings and fun activities
• Individual goal attainment assistance

Lifesteps offers steady, full-time hours! Available Shifts are: Overnights 3 pm to 7am, 11 pm to 7 am, OR Evenings 3 pm to 11 pm

Part-time hours are also available with flexible scheduling to fit your needs. Great for additional income or a second job.

No experience necessary! Paid training provided!
