Right at Home in Headland, Alabama is hiring caregivers to provide one-on-one support to seniors in their homes. Choose shifts that fit your life, with flexible schedules and weekly pay.

Starting pay is $13–$15 per hour, with benefits like health and dental options, paid training, and referral bonuses. No experience? Paid training is provided; you will help clients stay safe and comfortable at home.

Formación

• 18 years of age or older.
• HS Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Able to lift at least 25 lbs.
• Some caregiving experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, incontinence care, cleaning, cooking).
• Assist with mobility and transfers.
• Assist with errands or transportation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
