Job summary

Senior Solutions Home Care in Dickson, TN is seeking caring individuals to provide in-home companionship and non-medical support. The role offers flexible scheduling, supported training, and growth opportunities within a compassionate team.

As a caregiver, you may work Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN, with shifts ranging and a focus on helping clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home.

Qualifications

• Experience providing caregiving support and companionship is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Dependable and able to follow care plans and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and meaningful conversations to clients.
• Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Prepare meals and support clients with nutrition needs.
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain a clean, safe home.
• Provide medication reminders and monitor health needs as directed.
• Assist with mobility and Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Drive or accompany clients for appointments as needed.
• Offer compassionate, respectful support that protects client dignity.

Pay & Earning Potential

Starting Base Rate: $14.00 per hour

Earn Even More With Premium Pay Opportunities

+1 per hour Shift Differential for Hours Worked

• Monday - Thursday from 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM
• Friday 10:00 PM through Monday 5:00 AM

+1 per hour CNA Premium

• Active TN CNA Certification

Premium Pay Opportunities

We are hiring Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN Caregivers within Dickson, TN!

Unlike Facilities, Senior Solutions Home Care Provides One-on-one Care In Our Clients' Homes. Because Every Client Has Different Needs, Schedules Are Built Around

• Your willingness to travel (Up to 30 miles)

Shifts range between 2 to 12 hours, and you may care for one or multiple clients a day and/or throughout the week.

Home Care is always evolving, which means schedules may change as clients' needs change. The more flexible your availability and travel radius, the more opportunities you'll have to receive the hours you want. Our goal is to build a schedule that works for you while ensuring every client receives exceptional care.

• Meal preparation
