FirstLight Home Care of Grand Junction is seeking compassionate, dedicated caregivers who love helping others stay safe, warm, and independent at home. We value empathy, reliability, and a true calling to provide respectful personal support and meaningful companionship to our clients.

Caregivers provide meal preparation, light housekeeping, grooming help, transportation, and friendly conversation, while following care plans and reporting changes.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience (preferred).
• A passion for caregiving and a desire to help others
• A commitment to being present and providing quality care
• Empathy, patience, kindness and respect
• Ability to carry out direction, both verbal and written
• Ability to effectively manage the demands of the job
