Job summary

Right at Home of Collegedale, TN is seeking compassionate caregivers, home health aides, and CNAs to support clients in their homes. This role emphasizes meaningful companionship, daily living assistance, and empowering seniors to stay independent.

We offer starting pay at $15 per hour with higher rates for shorter shifts, weekly or daily pay options, paid training, paid time off, mileage reimbursement, and a comprehensive benefits package including 401K and health insurance options.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license and insured vehicle.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• 6 months of caregiving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and daily routines.
• Provide companionship and meaningful support.
• Assist with meals, light housekeeping, errands/transportation.
• Help clients remain safe and independent at their own home.
