Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide physical care and emotional support for clients who may no longer manage on their own. The position emphasizes dignity, patience, and respect in every interaction.

Flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and a benefits package are offered. Responsibilities include medication assistance, mobility support, meal prep, personal care, and light housekeeping, with travel to local clients as needed.

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience preferred or required.
• Must pass a background check.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to assist with mobility and daily living activities.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Helping clients take prescribed medication.
• Assisting with mobility in and around the house.
• Personal care and hygiene.
• Preparing meals.
• Light housekeeping and companionship.
• Plus other duties as needed.

Job description

Pay: $16.00 - $17.50 per hour
Cornerstone Caregiving is looking for a Caregiver to join our team. The Caregiver is responsible for the physical care and emotional support of our clients who may no longer be able to take care of themselves due to illness, injury, surgery, or disability.
The ideal candidate must be able to care for our clients and their property with dignity, patience, compassion, and respect. This person will encourage and remain empathetic to the clients at all times.
Requirements:

• High school diploma preferred.
• Must be able to complete a Criminal Background Check.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds at a time
• Ability to reach, bend, kneel and stand for (sometimes) a long period of time
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
