Job summary

Senior Solutions Home Care in Chattanooga, TN is seeking compassionate caregivers for full-time, part-time, or PRN roles. You will provide non-medical in-home care, including companionship, personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation to help clients live safely and independently in their own homes.

We offer a $500 sign-on bonus, weekly pay with same-day options, paid training, flexible scheduling, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving or strong desire to help others.
• Ability to provide non-medical in-home care and companionship.
• Willingness to travel locally and follow care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and meaningful conversations.
• Assist with personal cares (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Prepare meals and help with routines.
• Light housekeeping and transportation as needed.

Pay & Earning Potential

Starting Base Rate: $16.00 per hour

Earn Even More With Premium Pay Opportunities

+$1 per hour Shift Differential for Hours Worked

• Monday - Thursday from 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM
• Friday 10:00 PM through Monday 5:00 AM

+$1 per hour CNA Premium

• Active TN CNA Certification

We are hiring Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN Caregivers within Chattanooga, TN!

Unlike Facilities, Senior Solutions Home Care Provides One-on-one Care In Our Clients' Homes. Because Every Client Has Different Needs, Schedules Are Built Around

• Client care needs
• Your availability
• Your location
• Your willingness to travel (Up to 30 miles)

Shifts range between 2 to 12 hours, and you may care for one or multiple clients a day and/or throughout the week.
Home Care is always evolving, which means schedules may change as clients' needs change. The more flexible your availability and travel radius, the more opportunities you'll have to receive the hours you want. Our goal is to build a schedule that works for you while ensuring every client receives exceptional care.

What You'll Do

• Companionship and meaningful conversations
• Personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, etc)
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Medication reminders
• Mobility assistance and Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Transportation and errands as needed
• Compassionate, respectful support that helps clients live with dignity

Requirements

• Valid driver's license or state-issued ID
• Second form of identification for employment eligibility
• Reliable transportation
• Smartphone for scheduling, time tracking and communication
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• Ability to pass required background checks and drug screening
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Work history inclusive of a continuous description of activities during the past five (5) years
• At least three (3) references, with one of the references having known the employee for at least five (5) years and email addresses
