Job summary

Phoenix Home Care and Hospice is seeking a compassionate caregiver in Carthage, MO. The role covers two clients for about 35 hours per week, focusing on personal care, companionship, and daily living support.

You will help with meals, light housekeeping, laundry, and mobility tasks, ensuring safety and dignity for clients while maintaining a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must drive a reliable vehicle with current auto insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Pass a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and grooming.
• Offer friendly companionship and social engagement.
• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Prepare meals and clean up afterward.
• Provide ambulatory support and mobility assistance as needed.
• Help with light housekeeping including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
• Assist with laundry.
