Job summary

Upscale Home Care in Buckeye, AZ is seeking compassionate In Home Caregivers to support clients in their own homes. You will provide non-medical care, light housekeeping, meal prep, personal care, and mobility assistance to help clients thrive at home.

Join a dedicated team that values dignity, communication with clients and families, and safe, reliable care. A driver’s license and vehicle, CPR/First Aid certification, FPCC, and at least 1 year of caregiving experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• 1 year of experience in caregiving or related field is required.
• Driver's license and vehicle are required.
• In-person CPR/First Aid certification is required.
• FPCC certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical care and assistance to clients in their own homes, including light housekeeping, meal preparation, and personal care.
• Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Support clients with mobility issues, including transferring, walking, and wheelchair use.
• Accompany clients to appointments as needed.
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients, including managing medication and light household duties.
• Establish effective communication with clients, caregivers, and family members to ensure seamless care and support.
