Right at Home Birmingham is now hiring for 12-hour shifts for Caregivers, Home Health Aides, and Certified Nursing Assistants. Provide compassionate, one-on-one care in clients' homes and help maintain independence with dignity. Shift options include morning or overnight coverage on weekdays and weekends.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• HS Diploma/GED Equivalent.
• Be Authorized to work in the US.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs.
• Some caregiving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, one-on-one care to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, meal prep, etc.).
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Help clients maintain independence and dignity.
