Stay Graceful is seeking a Care Team Manager to oversee a team of in-home care providers and drive exceptional client experiences in Sioux Falls, SD. You will manage admissions, onboarding, and ongoing staff development while maintaining a positive, professional culture.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, client plan coordination, EMR utilization, and performance tracking. The role requires Home care experience and strong leadership with a commitment to high-quality in-home care.

Qualifications

• Home care or related experience is required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required.
• 1 year of management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Staff management: create staffing schedules and ensure coverage.
• Training: oversee policy comprehension and staff training.
• Customer service: coordinate client care plans and provide exceptional service.
• Client accounts: use EMR for new accounts and care plan updates.
• Cleanliness and maintenance: keep desk and office orderly.
• Miscellaneous: track KPIs and recognize excellence.
