• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and evenings if required.
• Ability to pass background checks as required by company policy.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Help with medication reminders and health monitoring as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment in clients' homes.
• Report any changes in clients' conditions or behaviors to supervisors.
• Document care and services provided in accordance with company policies.
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.
