Mana Care LLC is looking for compassionate and dependable Direct Care Professionals to provide quality in-home support services in Indianapolis, Indiana. Qualifications

• Compassionate, reliable, and patient individuals needed.
• Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Support medication reminders.
• Help with mobility, transfers, and personal hygiene.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication with supervisors.
• Ensure client safety and comfort at all times.
