Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of the West Valley is hiring dependable, compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes. We offer flexible schedules based on caregiver availability and client needs, with part-time and full-time hours.

Pay ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, with overtime and holidays paid at time-and-a-half, and benefits for eligible employees. This is a W-2 employee position with opportunities for day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Pass required background screenings.
• Have reliable transportation and regular access to a vehicle.
• Hold a valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
• Be dependable and arrive on time for scheduled shifts.
• Comfortable providing care in clients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Mobility and transfer assistance.
• Meal preparation.
• Medication reminders.
• Light housekeeping.
• Companionship and supervision.
• Transportation and errands when required by the care plan.
• Assistance with activities of daily living as needed.
