Job summary

Home Instead – Thunder Basin in Gillette, WY is hiring an in-home caregiver (Care Professional) to support aging adults at home. This non‑medical role requires compassion, reliability, and physical ability to assist with daily tasks.

Choose full-time or part-time schedules, with daytime, evening, or weekend shifts. We provide paid training (CNA/CMA a plus but not required), PTO, and benefits. Join a team that values relationships, growth, and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Paid training — no experience required (CNA/CMA a plus, but absolutely not required)

Responsibilities

• Companionship and meaningful conversation
• Personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assisting clients with transfers using gait belts, Hoyer lifts, sit-to-stand lifts, and other transfer devices
• Providing care for bed-bound and high-acuity clients, including repositioning and in-bed personal care
• Bending, kneeling, twisting, stooping, and standing for extended periods while assisting clients
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Transportation to appointments and errands
• Medication reminders
