ABI RESOURCES in Norwich, Connecticut, is seeking dedicated individuals to help clients recovering from brain injury and disabilities in their homes. Responsibilities include assisting clients with daily living activities and ensuring their safety while fostering a friendly relationship.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and experience working with disabilities is preferred. Full-time and part-time schedules are available, creating a supportive work environment.

Formación

• Drug screening required.
• Experience with disabilities preferred but not required.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Letter verifying experience is necessary.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients with various aspects of their home and community life.
• Ensure safety and provide professional friendship.
• Assist with personal hygiene and dressing.
• Help schedule and report on medical appointments.
• Shop, cook, and clean with the client.
• Organize exercise, socialization, and entertainment.
