Right at Home Cleveland West is seeking a compassionate Direct Support Professional to provide in-home care for seniors and vulnerable adults in their home settings.

You will offer companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and personal care, while maintaining client records and coordinating with families and other care providers. The role includes ongoing training in a supportive team environment, designed to improve client well-being and independence.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care and support to clients in their home settings
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, their families, and other care providers
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Manage client medication schedules and provide medication reminders
• Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
