Job summary

Urgent Care Plus is hiring for in-home care assistants (CNA/NA/PCA) to provide compassionate support to clients in their own homes. Roles include personal care, mobility assistance, medication reminders, and companionship, with flexible FT/PT/PRN schedules.

Weekly pay, benefits with full-time positions, PCA class offered for uncertified staff, PPE provided, and referral bonuses are available to help you grow with our team.

Qualifications

• CNA/NA/PCA certification required; online PCA training available.
• Reliable transportation and valid Virginia driver’s license.
• SS card and 2 professional references.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and bathing.
• Support mobility and transfers (e.g., bed to wheelchair).
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping duties.
• Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior.
