Job summary

Family Care Connections LLC is hiring Direct Support Providers to assist kids and adults with developmental disabilities in clients' homes or in the community, with evenings and weekends shifts.

Pay ranges from $16.50 to $19.50 per hour; requires own vehicle and the ability to pass a fingerprint background check. Openings in Glendale, Peoria, Sun City and Surprise. Great for a second job, college students, and retirees.

Qualifications

• Candidate should be a people person with ability to care for others.
• Must have own vehicle and be able to pass fingerprint background check.
• Shifts are evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide respite and attendant care in clients' homes or in the community.
• Assist with bathing, dressing and feeding as needed.
• Habilitation through mentoring and teaching daily life skills per individual goals.
