Qualifications

• 1 year of caregiving experience required.
• Home Health Aide training, Adult Residential License, Direct Care worker certification (Preferred).
• Clear background check required.
• Valid ID/DL required.
• Social Security number required.
• PPDs, TB, or Chest X-ray as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provides consumer care services entailing personal care, light housekeeping or companion services.
• Assists with activities of daily living and maintains a clean and safe home environment.
• Prepares meals and handles laundry as needed.
• Respects the rights and confidentiality of consumers.
