Job summary

I Mean Everything is seeking a Homemaker to support elderly clients in their homes in the United States. The role focuses on creating a safe, clean, and welcoming living environment, performing light housekeeping, meal preparation, errands, laundry, and personal assistance as outlined in client plans.

Responsibilities include documenting visit times, maintaining privacy under HIPAA, and communicating effectively with clients, families, and agency staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; ability to read/write English.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily tasks in clients' residences to maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Timely completion of visit/time records and service forms.
• Adhere to HIPAA/privacy policies and confidentiality of information.
• Provide light housekeeping, meal prep, laundry and errands as needed.
• Support clients with chores, bed linens, and household tasks as required.
• Maintain professional appearance and participate in required trainings.
