Qualifications

• Must have CNA, NA, or PCA certification.
• Reliable transportation and valid Virginia driver’s license required.
• Must provide SS card & 2 professional references.

Responsibilities

• Support mobility and transfers.
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding.
• Provide medication reminders.
