Job summary

La Casa Health Care in Torrance, CA is hiring a CNA/CHHA for in-home shift care. You will provide personal care, monitor patient conditions, and document care under supervision of a registered nurse or therapist.

Flexible hours with full-time or part-time schedules. Competitive pay from $18 to $20 per hour, plus benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k), life insurance, sick pay, tuition reimbursement, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Current California CHHA or CNA certification.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read, follow written instructions, and document care.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.
• Compassionate and empathetic toward the ill, frail, or impaired.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle (per agency requirements).
• Professionalism, patience, and good personal hygiene.

Responsibilities
