Job summary

Eventide Senior Concierge is hiring In-Home Aides to provide compassionate care to local seniors in their homes, with flexible hours designed to fit your life. You will offer companionship, assist with daily activities, and support nutrition and medication reminders, all while maintaining a safe and respectful home environment.

The role requires reliability and empathy; a valid driver’s license, ability to pass a background check, and access to a smartphone for logging notes are important.

Qualifications

• Caring and patient disposition essential.
• Ability to work independently in clients' homes.
• Comfortable with pets and varied home environments.
• Must pass background check and have a smartphone for notes.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, in-home care to seniors.
• Offer emotional support and companionship.
• Assist with dressing, bathing, and hygiene.
• Remind about medications and assist with routines.
• Prepare meals and support nutrition needs.
• Perform light housekeeping and daily tasks.
• Run errands and provide transportation as needed.
• Be available to work some holidays or fill in as needed.
