Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in home care or related field is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving clients.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting).
• Help with mobility and transferring safely.
• Provide medication reminders as directed.
• Support with meal preparation and feeding.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe living environment.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to healthcare professionals or family members.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and client progress.
