Qualifications

• Previous direct care or related field experience preferred.
• Effective and empathetic communication with clients and team.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently; background checks required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, meals).
• Assist clients with mobility and transportation needs as required.
• Monitor and report changes in clients' condition to supervisors.
• Assist with medication reminders and ensure adherence to treatment plans.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment for clients.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families.
• Comply with all company policies and confidentiality and safety standards.
