As a Direct Care Worker you will provide daily living assistance, companionship, and monitor clients’ well-being. We offer hourly pay between $14.00 and $19.00, paid semi-monthly, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for training and professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience in home care or related field is a plus.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and transferring clients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, compassionate, and patient demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Monitor and report changes in clients’ conditions to the care team.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients.
• Follow care plans and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Work collaboratively with family members, healthcare providers, and other caregivers.
