MCO Homecare Services LLC is seeking compassionate, dependable, and professional Certified Nursing Assistants, Personal Care Assistants, and Home Health Aides for in-home assignments throughout McDonough, Stockbridge, and surrounding communities.

Qualifications include Georgia CNA certification or PCA/HHA training, CPR/First Aid, reliable transportation, and ability to pass background screenings. Positions are part-time with flexible schedules and in-home client locations.

Qualifikationen

• Current Georgia CNA certification or PCA/HHA training is required.
• Experience with personal care, mobility, and transfers is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification or ability to obtain them is required.
• Current negative TB test or medically cleared chest X-ray is required.

Aufgaben

• Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Provide mobility, transfer, positioning, and fall-prevention assistance.
• Provide companionship, supervision, and safety support.
• Prepare light meals according to care plans.
• Provide medication reminders when permitted.
• Perform light housekeeping and client-related laundry.
• Follow the client’s approved plan of care and agency procedures.
• Complete accurate and timely service documentation.
• Report changes in condition, incidents, and safety concerns promptly.
