This role requires strong sales skills, 2+ years of in-home or outside sales, and a drive to exceed targets, with availability for evenings and weekends and a reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of in-home or outside sales experience.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Able to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Own a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations for cabinet refacing solutions.
• Demonstrate products and follow the proven sales approach.
• Complete paperwork and assist with financing options.
• Coordinate with sales operations and installation teams to ensure satisfaction.
• Attend regular team meetings and training sessions.
